This terms and conditions document is mandatory, and clients are required to read it before participating in a photoshoot. Booking a session is equivalent to acknowledging and accepting these terms. Failure to read this document does not exempt the client from complying with its rules.

After booking a session, the client has three days to pay a deposit of £30 to the following account: Katarzyna Urbanik 01018701 04-29-09. Failure to make this payment will result in the cancellation of the session.

The session fee must be paid on the day of the photoshoot via bank transfer.

Within three days after the session, the client will receive a link to a photo gallery to select images within a maximum of three days. Extending this selection period may delay the delivery of the final images. If the client does not select photos within 10 working days, the photographer will automatically make the selection.

The client will only receive edited digital files. Raw or unedited images are not available for purchase or delivery.

In accordance with copyright law, the client agrees not to edit the final images, including applying filters or making personal alterations.

By booking a session with E&T Photography, the client confirms they have reviewed the photographer's portfolio and accept the established style without making further requests regarding editing or retouching. Complaints related to these aspects will not be accepted. Each session is unique due to style, clothing, or outdoor conditions (season, time of day, location, lighting) and the client’s individual expectations discussed with the photographer beforehand.

Sharing and distributing photos for commercial or profit-making purposes without the photographer's consent is strictly prohibited.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the client has the right to reschedule the session once without losing the previously paid deposit.

In the case of unforeseen circumstances, the photographer has the right to reschedule the session. In the event of accidents, such as a power outage or equipment failure resulting in data loss, the session will be rescheduled, and the client will not pursue any claims.

For outdoor sessions requiring entrance tickets, travel costs, etc., the client covers the cost, which is included in the package price.

The waiting time for the final edited photos is up to 20 working days.

Booking a session signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions.​
